1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing orders through SMMDazz (accessible at app.smmdazz.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform immediately.
2. Service Fulfillment & Link Accuracy
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the links, usernames, and targets submitted during order placement are public and correctly formatted. SMMDazz is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or private accounts.
3. Wallet Deposits & Payment Policies
All deposits credited to your account balance are final. Funds added to your wallet balance may be utilized for purchasing any available services across our catalog. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting support will result in immediate account termination.
4. Refill Guarantees & Drop Protection
Services designated with a refill guarantee (e.g. 30 Days Refill) qualify for replenishment if the target follower or view count falls below the start count + delivered quantity within the specified guarantee window. Refill requests must be submitted through our automated dashboard button or support tickets.
5. API Usage & Rate Limits
Resellers utilizing our REST API v2 must comply with our rate limit threshold of 100 requests per minute per API key. Abuse, unauthorized scraping, or automated stress-testing will lead to automatic IP throttling.
